My wife and I were looking to buy our first home, and met Jaylyn at an open house. She stood out to us immediately, as she was very friendly and shared a lot of information with us about the process. She helped us figure out what cities would fit our budget, and was extremely flexible in setting up times that worked for us to look at places. This was our first time purchasing a home and Jaylyn took her time with us and allowed us to take our time in searching for the perfect home! Me and my husband never thought that we can afford to buy a house since we're just renting an apartment for years. But when our apartment rent went up, we decided to look for a townhouse to see if we can afford it. Jaylyn Lopez was very optimistic that we can be qualified and be approved with just a fair credit score and minimal income. And it did happen, we're paying a mortgage that's almost the same payment we had in our previous apartment. She's not only make it possible but she really tried hard to negotiate and made the seller to pay part of the expenses that was needed to repair. She's also didn't just show us one or two houses, she told us to look for some more places that will very convenient to us, i.e. close to freeway, schools and restaurants, gas station and other stores. Until now, we can't still believe that we're living in what we can called our own place/home for almost the same payment as in apartment rent.. We would recommend Jaylyn Lopez for a real estate agent if you ever consider to buy a house.
